Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and establish personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs. \n
- Facilitate a range of therapeutic interventions, including evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on areas such as family dynamics, communication improvements, and resolving interpersonal conflicts. \n
- Collaborate effectively with fellow health professionals—such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to ensure holistic care for clients. \n
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to professional and regulatory standards. \n
- Support and educate families of clients as they navigate the therapeutic process, enhancing the overall healing experience. \n
Our practice predominantly serves individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will cater to a diverse range of clients and will require the ability to adapt treatment methodologies that align with each client’s background and needs. Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
