Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tarpon Springs, FL. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing leads, and guiding customers through the roofing sales process from initial contact to signed agreement. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain roofing solutions clearly, and support clients throughout the sales process. Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred), valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation for on-site customer visits.
