Job Description

A coveted, well established multi-state insurance defense law firm is seeking a qualified Associate Attorney, with 2 - 6 years of First-Party Property Litigation experience to join their thriving Fort Myers office!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Admitted to practice in the State of FL
2 to 6 years of First-Party Property Litigation experience
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills
Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment
Actively review files and complete settlement analysis
Extensive legal research experience and drafting memos and appeals
Experience handling court appearances and depositions
Heavy experience drafting pleadings and engage in discovery
Promptly respond to e-mails and phone inquiries
Proven excellent client service skills and telephone manner
