Assembler

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, disassemble, and rebuild complex mechanical components and valves
• Perform precise pipe and tube bending for critical fluid delivery networks
• Read, interpret, and work directly from technical drawings, blueprints, and fluid schematics
• Operate power tools, specialized shop equipment, and precision-calibrated measuring tools
• Manage hands-on inventory control, including pulling required parts, re-stocking, accurate material counts, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (required), scissor lifts, and man lifts.

Qualifications & Experience

• System Expertise: Prior experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, or cryogenic systems.
• Fluid Systems: Working knowledge of aerospace or aviation fluid handling systems (e.g., RP-1, Jet Fuel).
• Practical Skills: Demonstrated experience in mechanical fabrication, tubing installation, and valve overhauls.
• Certifications: Forklift operator experience is required; scissor lift or man lift certification is a plus.
