Outside Sales Representative
Trillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity in the San Antonio area for an Outside Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Find new commercial clients, fleet managers, and owner-operators through cold calls, site visits, and daily outreach.
- Customer Consultation: Assess client transportation or repair needs to recommend the right diesel trucks, parts, or service packages.
- Sales Presentations: Demonstrate vehicle features, explain diesel engine specs, and present clear price quotes and proposals.
- Deal Closing and Paperwork: Negotiate terms, secure deposits, and complete sales orders or service agreements according to company policy.
- Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and handle follow-up service needs.
Annual salary is $85k/year.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial diesel, or fleet service sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of diesel engines, heavy-duty transmissions, and commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
