The role involves ensuring timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents, optimizing logistics processes, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate and oversee the shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.* Prepare pro forma invoices and shipping documents with accuracy and attention to detail.* Manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping and logistics issues.* Utilize organizational skills to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.* Maintain compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations and other industry standards.* Collaborate with defense or aerospace manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to specific logistics requirements.* Utilize Global Shop Solutions software to enhance logistics operations, if applicable.* Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel, for effective communication and documentation.* Ensure all logistics activities align with company policies and procedures.Required Education:* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree is a plus.Required Experience:* Minimum 3-5 years in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing or distribution environment.* Strong organizational skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities.* Experience preparing pro forma invoices and shipping documents.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Experience:* Applicants must be a U.S. citizen.* Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing.* Experience with Global Shop Solutions preferred, not required.* Experience with ITAR/EAR is a plus.* Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.Required Skills and Abilities:* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.* Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.* Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and external partners.## About BRIGHT LIGHTS USA INCBRIGHT LIGHTS USA INCOn-site #J-18808-Ljbffr
