First Impression Specialists in this category will have met the criteria of a First Impression Specialist II as well as being dedicated team leaders that have exceptional communication skills and maintain a positive attitude. These individuals will be a resource for the rest of the team and will go above and beyond. They will look for ways to grow within the company and their role. They will demonstrate proficiency in all processes and give exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold all requirements of First Impression Specialist I and II
• Advanced knowledge in various department procedures
• Assists in training and development via the training process and timeline
• Have strong work relationships with not only the Front Office team, but all teams in other departments
• Be a resource for the team by communicating updates and customer experiences
• Good attendance and use ETO wisely
• Add pertinent information to the meeting agendas without being asked
• Seek out extra projects
• Assist in managing workflow and delegating projects
• Be eager to learn new things and approach new opportunities with positivity
• Look for solutions when faced with a problem
• Ask for Supervisor feedback on a regular basis
• Show a deep commitment to the vision of ALLO and the team
• Focus on personal growth and take the initiative to find ways to grow
• Have the ability to multitask
• Accept responsibility and are accountable for their decisions
• Possess necessary soft skills of leadership and proven ability to maintain professional relationships with teammates
• Ability to provide direct feedback, constructive criticism, and guidance to teammates when it's necessary - even when it's uncomfortable
• All additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

Previous customer service and sales experience preferred

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and prospective customers as defined by secret shopper and customer feedback

Knowledge of the benefits of ALLO products: Internet, TV, and Phone.

REQUIREMENTS:

Raise objects up to 25 lbs.

Remain upright on feet for extended periods

Remain stationary for extended periods

Ability to communicate information

Ability to operate a computer

Possess/Maintain a valid Driver's License

Travel requirement: 10%
