Talent Manager/Senior Talent Manager (influencer/creator)

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 DOE + Lucrative Commission Structure + Benefits Type: Full-time About the Role Our client is an established digital talent management business looking to bring an experienced Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager into their Los Angeles office. They're looking for someone with strong commercial experience, an existing network within the creator economy and a track record of generating revenue through brand partnerships. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team, develop an established roster and benefit from a competitive commission structure. What You'll Do Manage a roster of digital creators, overseeing their commercial partnerships and career development. Pitch talent to brands and agencies to secure new partnership opportunities. Negotiate commercial agreements, campaign deliverables and partnership terms. Develop relationships with brands, agencies and other commercial partners. Identify opportunities to increase roster revenue and develop long-term partnerships. Scout and recruit new creators to expand the agency's talent offering. Work closely with the wider team to deliver campaigns and manage client relationships. Track commercial performance and contribute to revenue growth. What We're Looking For Experience working in digital talent management, ideally at Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager level. An established roster of creators, with the potential to bring talent across. Demonstrable annual sales generated through creator brand partnerships. Strong experience pitching, negotiating and closing commercial deals. An established network of brand and agency contacts. Experience managing multiple talent relationships and campaigns simultaneously. A commercially driven approach to talent management. Comfortable working full-time from a Los Angeles office.
