Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine mobile and/or foot patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or mobile patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to site expectations.
• Support daily property operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and maintaining awareness of security-related conditions that may affect tenants, guests, and/or the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
