Administer prescribed medications and treatments; document care in the Meditech EMR. Monitor patient status, vital signs, and responses; elevate changes per clinical protocol and care plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, participate in rounds, and communicate patient needs. Ensure patient safety and implement infection control practices; assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed. Be prepared to float to a rehab unit depending on census and unit needs.
