Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Strong critical care background with demonstrated ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work night shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Open heart or cardiovascular surgical experience is a plus, though not required
• Experience with complex, high-acuity patient populations in an intensive care setting
