Schedule & Shift Availability 8-10 hour shifts Day shift Evening shift Job Summary The Birthday Party Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing birthday party sales to meet revenue and attendance goals. This role involves generating and nurturing leads, closing sales, and providing excellent support to guests via phone and email. The coordinator ensures exceptional guest experience by answering questions, offering assistance, and recommending options tailored to guest needs. They stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and promotions to execute sales accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong selling and service skills, with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. Set up birthday parties and assist with the general maintenance/upkeep of party areas. Host birthday parties and lead activities for children. Assist party participants with check‑in and ensure guests are satisfied with their visit. Attend all required training sessions and scheduled meetings. Respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to any emergency situation; complete necessary paperwork and notify the appropriate professional staff member. Enforce all rules and regulations promptly and professionally; notify the appropriate professional on‑duty staff member of inappropriate behavior by facility users. Maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods. Work with attention to detail. Greet guests when entering or leaving the establishment. Make sales referrals, cross‑sell products, and introduce new products when applicable. Pleasantly answer guests’ questions and refer to management if an answer does not solve the issue. Multi‑task while being attentive to guests and remain flexible to the needs of the business. Upsell seasonal passes, star cash and other packages. Handle cash and credit transactions with guests; issue change, receipts, and star cash. Redeem coupons and honor discounts. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct. Ensure pricing is correct, scan products, collect payments, and bag items carefully. Demonstrate a sense of urgency while working. Acquire product knowledge and keep updated on changes, daily prices, product availability, and events. Report any theft or suspicious activity to management ASAP. Maintain overall cleanliness of the park. Follow all company policies and procedures while protecting company assets. Maintain a clean and tidy work area. Take pride in wardrobe and appearance. Assist other departments as staffing needs require.
