The Front of House (FOH) Director oversees all hospitality and customer-facing operations, including the dining room, front counter, drive-thru, and curbside delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Hospitality & Guest Experience: Drive the Chick-fil-A \Core 4\ and \Second Mile Service\ standards, ensuring guests consistently receive remarkable service and prompt conflict resolution.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor FOH team leaders and team members, building a culture of positive accountability, care, and continuous growth. Lead and inspire a talented front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Drive-Thru & Front Counter Efficiency: Direct front-of-house flow during high-volume peak hours to meet speed-of-service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Cleanliness & Environment: Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, front counter, restrooms, and exterior guest areas.
• Operational & Financial Management: Manage labor allocation, monitor drive-thru metrics, oversee hospitality supplies, and partner with BOH leadership to ensure smooth overall store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or quick-service operations. Food Handler or Manager Certification (preferred or obtainable upon hire).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and operational execution.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, work in outdoor elements (drive-thru operations), and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Other Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Have the ability to lift and carry 25+ lbs on a regular basis. Reliable transportation.
