The role provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, evaluates patient condition, ensures safety, comfort, and privacy, assists physicians in procedure rooms with conscious sedation and sterile techniques, and delivers comprehensive post‑anesthesia care, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and discharge preparation.
