Product Specialist

Product Manager
Own one or more workplace technology products and be accountable for product strategy, roadmap, business outcomes, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs.
- Gather requirements from CRES, ISS, Functions Technology, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into product features and acceptance criteria.
- Define KPIs and measure product success.
- Lead vendor roadmap discussions and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive adoption, change management, and communications.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, Cyber, and Operations teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer for workplace technology products.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in Product Management.
- Experience managing SaaS or enterprise workplace technology products.
- Strong stakeholder management across technology and business functions.
- Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
- Ability to manage vendors and third-party platforms.
Success Measures
- Product adoption and satisfaction.
- Delivery of roadmap commitments.
- Reduction in support issues.
- Business value realization.
- Vendor performance against objectives.
