Job Summary

Home Health Hospice Nurse – NCAL. This role involves providing hospice care within the home health setting, focusing on symptom management and patient comfort. The position requires on-site coverage in the NCAL area with scheduled hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, every other weekend rotation.

Job Details

• Qualifications: California RN License, BLS certification, Driver License. No minimum experience required.
• Schedule: 8-hour days, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Coverage area includes the NCAL region. The role involves on-call responsibilities and weekend rotations every other week. The position is scheduled to start on 11/09/2026 and conclude on 05/12/2027.
• Certifications: BLS certification required.
• Equipment & Charting System: EPIC / Health Connect.
