Track outreach activity, leads generated, applications, enrollments, conversion rates, and other established pipeline metrics. Know your assigned enrollment and pipeline numbers and be able to explain which outreach activities are producing prospects and enrollments. Collaborate with Academy leadership and enrollment staff to remove barriers in the enrollment process and improve conversion. Participate in community events and cultivate partnerships when those activities support prospective student generation, referrals, and enrollment growth. Represent the Academy professionally and authentically in all community interactions. Serve as an advocate for students by identifying solutions and connecting them to the right people inside and outside the Academy. Coordinate with Academy leadership when a student need requires broader action or additional support.
