Logistics Support Coordinator (Boston)

Engagement Type Contract Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing daily mail throughout assigned building. Deliver incoming packages from UPS, FedEx or other couriers’ services to agencies within the assigned building. Set-up and break down conference rooms as requested by agencies. Set-up and break down office modular when required. Travel to multiple sites such as 1 Ashburton Place in Boston, 40 Broad Street in Boston and 100 Hancock Street in Quincy to assist with mailroom and logistical operations. Work ability to work with multiple EHS agencies. Input data into the CA facilities ticket system. Required Skills 3+ years of experience processing incoming and outgoing daily mail throughout an assigned building. 3+ years of experience delivering packages from UPS, FedEx or other couriers’ services to agencies within the assigned building. 3+ years of experience setting up and breaking down conference rooms as requested by agencies. 3+ years of experience setting up and breaking down office modular when required. Ability to work with multiple EHS agencies (3+ years of experience). 3+ years of experience inputting data into a facilities ticket system. Ability to lift 35–50 pounds on a regular basis.
