DIRECTOR OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS (CONCIERGE)

The Director of First Impressions serves as the community’s front-line ambassador, managing reception operations and ensuring every visitor, resident, and team member receives exceptional service.

• Manage the front desk and phone system with professionalism and efficiency.

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families in a welcoming manner.

• Coordinate mail, packages, and deliveries for residents and staff.

• Support the administrative team with clerical and scheduling tasks.

• Maintain an organized and polished reception area.

• High School Diploma required; college coursework preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with phone and office systems.

• Experience in hospitality or senior living preferred.

Ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform general office duties.
