Our Assisted Living residents are generally more independent and require less hands-on support than those in our Memory Care community, while still benefiting from attentive, compassionate care.

We offer set schedules, strong staffing ratios, on-site management support, and 24/7 on-call assistance to ensure our employees have the tools they need to succeed.

Available Shifts:

Farr Assisted Living

• NOC: Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00 PM-8:00 AM
• NOC: Thursday-Saturday, 7:30 PM-8:30 AM

Farr Memory Care

• NOC: Thursday-Saturday, 7:30 PM-8:30 AM
• NOC: Sunday-Tuesday, 10:00 PM-7:00 AM and Wednesday, 7:30 PM-8:30 AM

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), You Will:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry
• Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining professional boundaries
• Help residents prepare for appointments, outings, and daily activities
• Complete daily documentation and progress notes
• Support resident independence while providing appropriate care and encouragement
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition or behavior

What Makes Our Community Different

One of the things that makes our community unique is the support available to our caregiving staff. Dedicated kitchen staff provide three meals per day, and our Med Techs and Nursing team manage medications, allowing caregivers to focus on supporting and engaging with residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving or direct support experience in a licensed facility
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Compassion, patience, and emotional stability
• Ability to remain calm in stressful or unpredictable situations
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Requirements

• Ability to pass a Washington State background check
• Active HCA or CNA
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred (Not Required at Time of Application)

• CPR/First Aid Certification (training available)
• Dementia, Mental Health, or Developmental Disabilities certification

Required by First Day of Employment

• Washington State Food Worker Card
