You'll also be expected to meaningfully leverage AI as a force multiplier, building workflows that let you and the team operate far beyond what any individual recruiter could do alone.Our ideal candidate is a senior-level recruiting expert with a proven track record hiring top-tier US based sales talent, including senior, staff, and director-level roles as well as high volume IC level roles. You bring exceptional sourcing instincts, deep market expertise, and the ability to operate strategically while executing with precision.
