Esther's 2.0 is a modern, elevated Cajun + Soul food restaurant and nightlife lounge built on legacy, culture, and excellence. We deliver a premium guest experience through exceptional hospitality, consistent culinary execution, and curated programming, positioning Esther's 2.0 as a destination for celebrations, community moments, private events, and high-energy weekend nights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and understands that hospitality is both service and experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave.
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
• Refill water glasses and assist with cornbread/service items.
• Remove dirty plates, glassware, and plates.
• Restock service stations (napkins, straws, condiments, to-go boxes).
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, bathrooms, and floors.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
