Registered Nurse



Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a PRN (as needed) basis.



Responsibilities:

• ssess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• dminister medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
• ssist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• dhere to all facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
