Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Texas through the Texas Medical Board.

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).
