POSITION 1

• Location: Florissant, MO (63034)
• Schedule: Occasional evenings shifts all week and occasional day shifts on Saturday/Sunday.
• Patient Specifics: 1 year old with G-button

POSITION 2

• Location: St. Charles, MO (63301)
• Schedule: Saturday mornings 6a-2p (end time flexible between 10a-2p)
• Patient Specifics: 10 year old with G-tube, Trach, and Vent

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
