What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive podiatric care to residents in a variety of healthcare settings. Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions effectively. Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, specializing in diabetic foot management. Educate patients and caregivers about mobility enhancement and foot health. Collaborate closely with facility staff to achieve patient-centered outcomes. Engage in Medicare quality programs to maintain top-tier care standards. Job Requirements: Must hold a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree. Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) is required. Experience in long‑term care or nursing home settings is preferred. BLS certification required; ACLS certification is a plus. Capability to excel in a fast‑paced, independent environment. Able to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. as needed. Compensation: Providers will be compensated based on a percentage of revenue generated. Based on working 50 weeks a year, estimated earnings range from $20,000 to $70,000 per year for one day per week worked (up to $350,000 annually for five days per week). Actual earnings depend on caseload, patient volume, services provided, and billing performance. A detailed compensation overview will be shared during the interview process.
