SMB Senior Account Executive, Comcast Business (Missouri City)

Job Summary Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses, focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. As part of the sales process, create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with a goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace. Responsibilities Develop territory by building local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancing Comcast positioning and brand. Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports. Support Customer Satisfaction and create a positive impression of the Comcast Experience. Acquire new customers with Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services for small and mid‑size businesses. Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships. Focus on advanced communications solutions, including PRI and Hosted PBX. Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to improve prospect communication. Effectively manage a high‑activity territory with a comprehensive business plan. Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth. Maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects to achieve monthly quota performance and above. Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives. Adhere to company standards, business professionalism, and punctual, regular attendance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered. 5–7 years of relevant work experience. Strong adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, customer‑focused persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, workplace organization. Compensation: Base Pay $64,500.00 with Total Target Compensation of $114,500.00 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission). Sales positions eligible for commission; most non‑sales positions eligible for bonus.
