Nesco Resource is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our client's dynamic team, in Montgomery, PA. As a Production Worker, you will be playing a crucial role in our manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality product. Responsibilities include:

• Operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Assembling, packaging, and labeling products accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and production schedules.
• Monitoring production processes to identify and address any issues that may arise, such as equipment malfunctions or quality deviations.
• Performing routine inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency in production processes.
• Working in a fast paced environment.

Requirements include:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Steel toed shoes with skid resistant soles are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift experience (is a plus!).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
