Job Description
Deliver comprehensive beauty salon and spa services across hair, skin care, facials, massage, body treatments, and related offerings. Serve a diverse clientele, including walk-in guests, luxury clientele, appointments based regulars, and mixed clientele, while contributing to a collaborative team of independent providers, specialized service teams, and managers led departments. This position will be paid in either commission or booth rental.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand service needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments.
- Provide beauty treatments, including hair, nails, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and spa pedicures.
- Deliver skin care, facial, massage, and body treatments.
- Recommend and sell relevant retail products.
- Manage inventory and support product availability.
- Follow up with customers to support satisfaction, retention, and future bookings.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Completion of a cosmetology or esthetics program.
- State cosmetology or esthetics license.
- Knowledge of cosmetology, esthetics, massage therapy, skin care, hair styling, sanitation and disinfection, and appointment scheduling.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Interest in product education and advanced certifications.
- Potential to pursue a lead service provider or management pathway.
