The assistant manager helps the store manager with overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Qualifications Minimum age 18 and a flexible schedule. Must be able to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
