Site Analytics Manager

One of our direct client is urgently looking for a Site Analytics Manager @San Bruno, CA Title: Site Analytics Manager Location: San Bruno, CA DURATION: 6 to 12+ Months Rate: DOE Deliver data led support and tools for the Site Merchandising team and play a key role in accelerating growth across categories and cross seasonal campaigns. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations to the team. These analytics will be a combination of retail and merchandise business metrics as well as website engagement metrics across all devices to evaluate performance of meeting our customer experience goals. The ideal candidate will have the systems expertise to query databases, the business expertise of merchandising levers and a comfort level in creating and presenting analysis to take action within a high energy, face paced team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Go to expert for Site Merchandising business analytics Synthesize current reporting mechanisms; evaluate process, recommend changes Provide ongoing and ad hoc measurement and analyses, ensuring we are appropriately measuring performance and impact Capable of pulling and analyzing data independently, interpret results, provide recommendations for simplification of opportunities, implement changes as needed Turn business questions into functional analysis; understand core financial impact in terms of sales, profitability and KPI's Minimum Qualifications Must have 3+ years in relevant site analytics, site development, and or site merchandising experience Extensive experience with site tracking is required; familiarity with additional web analytics tools like such as Coremetrics or Google Analytics a plus. Experience with database-driven sites and content management tools a plus Minimum 3 years of experience in large data set analytics including advanced data querying skills like SQL Advanced reporting and data visualizations skills including report automation Preferred Qualifications - BS degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred Advanced reporting and data visualizations skills including report automation Expertise in MS office specifically excel and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr Redolent Infotech Pvt.
