Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina PT license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Preferred only.)
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per clinical day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Availability to float to other clinics as needed.
• OT (overtime) must be approved by clinic director before working additional hours.
• Must be able to work a guaranteed 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience preferred (PT Level 2).
• Experience working in a travel team model or covering neighboring clinics is preferred.
• Experience managing a high outpatient caseload and double-booking workflow.

Assignment Details

• Position: Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedic clinic, Sumter, SC.
• Float to other clinics required.
• Option to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a travel team.
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours; productivity expectation ~60 visits/week.
