Staff Software Engineer PositionWe are looking for a Staff Software Engineer who will be a key member of the Engineering team. You will be architecting, implementing and maintaining the SaaS Platform and other software products.You are good at collaboration. You learn quickly and ask questions when needed. You can mentor younger developers to help them grow.You should be able to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design.Staff Software Engineer Responsibilities:Organize full lifecycle software developmentPrepare specifications and determine operational feasibilityWrite well designed, testable, efficient codePrepare software verification plans and quality assurance proceduresOrganize documenting and maintenance of software functionalityIntegrate software components into a fully functional software systemEvaluate and deploy software tools, processes and metricsProvide support and consulting on software systems usageEnsure compliance with project plans and industry standardsStaff Software Engineer Requirements:10+ years' experience of working on a Computer Software Engineer or Software Developer positionSignificant experience in developing web applications using at least one popular Javascript framework, such as React, Angular, etcHands on experience with AWS (Amazon web services)Good experience in designing interactive applications and with test-driven developmentAn understanding of containerization (Docker)Great knowledge to develop software in JavaExperience in documenting requirements and specificationsClose familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology and release processesBS degree in Computer Science or EngineeringIf you are interested in this position and think you might be a good fit, please apply below and we will review your application.Victory solves problems, Karma connects people.*This position is not with Victory but with one of our clients.
