Front Desk Night Auditor (Full Time)

Thompson Palm Springs is a 168-room lifestyle hotel located on Palm Canyon Drive. We are hiring a Front Desk Night Auditor to ensure accurate revenue allocation, reconciliation, and guest service during overnight hours. Job Responsibilities Conduct audit procedures daily in accordance with hotel and company standards. Verify and confirm status of all wake‑up call requests and ensure proper follow‑up. Prepare the front office for the upcoming shift, resetting systems and operations. Act as Front Desk Host and Manager on Duty during overnight hours, ensuring seamless guest experience. Serve as PBX operator during the audit shift, managing communications effectively. Participate in front office meetings with an active and collaborative approach. Engage in all training and cross‑training opportunities, improving skill sets. Proactively greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Perform other duties as assigned by Rooms leadership. Compensation This is a non-exempt hourly role. The budgeted rate is $22.00 plus a $1.00 overnight shift premium. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous experience working in a hotel or resort preferred. Proficiency in OPERA system is a plus. Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal communication skills.
