Looking for a stable career with room to grow? We're hiring production associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team at a locally owned company that continues to expand its products and operations!
What you'll do
- Mix and batch ingredients according to recipes
- Operate blending and mixing equipment
- Monitor and replenish production materials
- Follow production procedures and quality standards
- Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks
- Use a forklift (if certified)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
What we're looking for
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Food processing, blending, or mixing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly
Bonus qualifications
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
- Forklift certification
- Food, beverage, dairy, or ingredient production experience

Job type & location
This is a contract to hire position based out of Orchard Park, NY.
Pay and benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following: medical, dental & vision; critical illness, accident, and hospital; 401(k) retirement plan pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available; life insurance (voluntary life & AD&D for the employee and dependents); short and long-term disability; health spending account (HSA); transportation benefits; employee assistance program; time off/leave (PTO, vacation or sick leave).
