Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Admissions for a direct hire opportunity in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for an achievement-oriented admissions and enrollment management professional who enjoys leading teams, improving enrollment performance, and supporting prospective students through an important educational decision. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage admissions staff to support individual and department enrollment goals. Develop, review, and monitor recruitment and enrollment strategies for campus programs. Analyze admissions metrics, enrollment trends, and performance data to guide decision‑making. Oversee admissions, enrollment, and orientation operations to ensure effective service delivery. Partner with admissions leadership on hiring, training, mentoring, and team accountability. Promote campus programs to prospective students while maintaining strong service standards. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $70,000 per year. Job Type: Direct Hire. Location: Tampa, FL. Schedule: Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet business objectives.
