Job Details Questcare, a division of Envision, is seeking a board certified Emergency Medicine physician to join our group of providers at Medical City Denton. Position profile: 60,000 annual visits. 40 hours of physician coverage, 50 hours of mid-level coverage, and scribes. 208-bed full service hospital offering the full spectrum of healthcare. Cycle III Chest Pain Center. Primary Stroke Center. Questcare team members include Adult Hospitalists and Critical Care Physicians. Several Questcare EM physicians provide EMS medical direction for Denton and surrounding communities - Denton, TX. Facility Information Medical City Denton is a 228-bed, acute care hospital with more than 900 employees and 1,100 physicians, and is a Level II Trauma Center, a Primary Stroke Center and an accredited Chest Pain Center that offers advanced open-heart surgery. Responsibilities Provide emergency care to an average of 60,000 annual visits. Maintain continuous physician coverage for 40 hours, with additional mid-level coverage of 50 hours and support from scribes. Serve as Emergency Medicine provider in a 208-bed full-service hospital. Assist in EMS medical direction for Denton and surrounding communities. Collaborate with Adult Hospitalists, Critical Care Physicians, and other members of the Questcare team. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine. Valid medical license in Texas. Experience in a Level II Trauma Center and/or Primary Stroke Center preferred.
