Step into a high-energy outpatient PT role in Kernersville, a friendly North Carolina town right in the heart of the Piedmont Triad. You’ll be minutes from Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point, with easy access to city amenities, leafy neighborhoods, greenways, and weekend getaways to both the mountains and the coast. This 13-week, full-time contract is ideal for a Physical Therapist who loves a busy, ortho-driven environment. Expect a predictable 5x8 daytime schedule, totaling 40 hours per week, with no on-call requirements. Your primary caseload will be adults with orthopedic needs, serving a majority Blue Cross Blue Shield population with a smaller number of Medicare patients. Your typical day will focus on individualized evaluations, hands-on treatments, and targeted therapeutic exercise. Patient volume is structured around about 14 patients scheduled and 12 seen each day, so you’ll stay engaged and moving without losing the ability to connect meaningfully with each patient. You’ll collaborate with a supportive outpatient rehab team that values communication, efficient workflows, and high-quality, evidence-based care. Kernersville offers a relaxed, small-town feel with the perks of a larger metro area nearby.
