Location 1815 4 Mile Rd,Butte, MT, 59701,United States Base Pay $24.00 / Hour Employee Type Non-Exempt Required Degree High school Travel 50% Manage Others Yes Renewal by Andersen, the full-service replacement division of Andersen Windows, the largest and oldest window manufacturer in the Country, currently has an opening for a full-time Warehouse Lead and Freight Delivery Driver in our warehouse in Butte, MT Primary Responsibilities: Using a fully digital system to manage daily work and complete tasks Maintaining and tracking inventories Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock Adhere to warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse Loading/unloading shipments of windows and trim. Keeping warehouse clean and organized Ensuring all windows and parts are delivered to the correct warehouse on time and in good condition Other miscellaneous related tasks Requirements: Must be a self-starter, motivated and reliable Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and actively listening Great interpersonal skills Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities Exceptional time management and organization skills In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse Familiarity with digital inventory control and logistics management Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications Physical strength, stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift very heavy objects, up to 100 pounds unassisted Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to drive a one-ton crew cab truck and pull a 28-foot enclosed trailer to deliver windows and products in all types of weather conditions. Warehouse experience is preferred and freight delivery driving experience is required. Renewal by Andersen of WY, MT and Rapid City is an alcohol and controlled substance free workplace.
