Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney (Third-Party Liability) New York, NY, USA Job Description Rivkin Radler is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of five years of experience with a solid foundation in third-party insurance coverage (not insurance defense). Position Requirements Excellent legal research and writing skills Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills Ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and claims and develop resolution strategies Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters Hybrid Hours Minimum 3 days a week in office 2 days a week remote We offer competitive salary and benefits, including medical and dental insurance, group term life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, long-term disability insurance, optional term life insurance, flexible spending accounts, Aflac, 401(k), paid time off, referral bonuses and paid holidays.
