Licensing Requirements Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 45 days of starting Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting Licensing support and guidance are provided to help you complete the process successfully Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required. Role Overview As an Acquisitions Specialist, your primary focus will be generating new business for the agency. You will prospect for opportunities, conduct needs-based conversations, and confidently present insurance solutions that help customers protect what matters most. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a natural ability to connect with people, and the drive to consistently close new business.
