Electrical Hardware Controls Designer
Universal Balancing (now part of Burke Porter, an Ascential Technologies Company)
Responsibilities Design controls systems for custom machines utilizing EPLAN, AutoCAD Electric, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Think conceptually, determining the appropriate level of detail to create designs. Work with Manufacturing Engineering to develop assembly, process control and quality workmanship procedures. Communicate effectively between program managers and controls engineers to maintain project flow. Stay updated on field concepts, practices and procedures. Requirements 5+ years industry experience. Minimum 2 years of experience with AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electric. Ability to make changes quickly and work in a team environment. Ability to size electrical systems proficiently.
