OB Hospitalist
Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $325,000.00 - $410,000.00

Position Overview

• Full-time opportunity for an OB/GYN or OB Hospitalist
• Pathway to partnership with significant long-term growth prospects
• Flexible framework—customize your OB and GYN case load according to your preferences

Clinical Scope

• Adaptable schedule with an average of 25–30 patients per day
• In-office procedures such as LEEP and colposcopy
• Dedicated operating room access with scheduled block time during the week
• Robotic surgery options available (Da Vinci system)
• Streamlined practice supported by a skilled team and EPIC EMR system

Schedule & Call

• Well-balanced weekly schedule: includes clinic, OR, and OB responsibilities
• Clinic duties approximately 2–3 days each week
• Current call ratio is 1:8, expected to improve to around 1:11 as the team expands
• Support from midwives and hospitalists enhances work-life balance
• Flexibility post-call is integrated into the schedule

Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN
• Welcoming new graduates (including residents graduating in 2027) as well as seasoned physicians
• Dedication to collaborative care and achieving high-quality patient outcomes
• Board certification must be obtained within three years
