Appliance Repair Technician

Overview Alpha Appliance Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable appliance repair technician dedicated to providing excellent customer service and workmanship to homeowners across Sarasota and Manatee counties. The primary responsibility is diagnosing, repairing, and servicing kitchen and laundry appliances in residential homes. This is a full-time entry-level position with room to grow. Responsibilities Provide exceptional and timely customer service Diagnose and repair residential appliances Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information Maintain equipment and company vehicle Requirements High school diploma or equivalent One year of experience in appliance repair or equivalent training Pass a background check and drug screen Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record You must provide your own basic tools - specialty tools. The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance, and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances Benefits Paid training 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company car Competitive salary Paid time off Full-time employment Starting pay is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
