NextCare is seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our urgent care team in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers three 12-hour shifts per week, with clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week, and a compensation range of $60–$80/hour plus bonus. Clinicians enjoy a balanced schedule with no after‑hours tasks, flexible scheduling, and monthly schedules released in advance.
