Plat du Jour, a precision meal platform, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to uphold food safety and product quality across prep, production, packaging, and fulfillment. You will monitor logs, enforce GMPs, and support audits in a fast-paced facility. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of QA/food safety experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of HACCP standards.
