Tax Manager OpportunityA well-respected firm in Louisiana is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team. They promote growth and value family. This firm believes in promotions based on skill and contributions rather than age. They are looking for a Manager to focus on reviewing tax returns and mentoring and teaching the younger staff.Job Duties:Review of Tax ReturnsTax ResearchMentor & Train StaffQualifications:CPA RequiredBachelor's in Accounting5+ Years of Experience in Public AccountingSupervisory ExperienceReview Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, & 1120-SBenefits/ Perks:Medical Insurance covered 100% by the firm for the employeeDental & Vision InsuranceUnlimited PTO (Encouraged to use it)401k w/ 3% MatchProfit Sharing (Annually)HSA Contribution of $75/ MONTHST Disability- 100% paid by the firmLife Insurance- 100% Paid by the firmMaternity & Paternity leaveVery flexible/ laid back firm (Quality over Quantity)Reduced Busy season hoursBonus & Incentive Opportunities
