Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who not only excels technically but also has the ability to lead, mentor, and oversee other technicians in the field. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality installations, guiding team members, and upholding company standards across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets company standards and specifications.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior technicians and installers in the field.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems when needed.
• Serve as a technical expert and point of contact for complex jobs and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with all HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service by clearly explaining systems, services, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as an HVAC Technician, with strong expertise in installation, maintenance, and system diagnostics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage job sites effectively.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid HVAC license or certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a senior or lead HVAC role.
• Experience managing teams in residential and/or commercial projects.
