Job Location: Renton Landing, WA. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $46,000 – $71,000 base + commission per year. The role also offers opportunities for advancement and financial rewards. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service Train and develop your skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, opening possibilities for management roles Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members Work as a team member so you together exceed personal and team goals Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day Qualifications Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales environment (Required) Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required) Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required) Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred) Minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US, and a high school diploma or equivalent (Required) Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee with or without reasonable accommodation to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
