Position Description:

In this role, you will lead stakeholder engagement, translate business needs into technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects. Your expertise in technical architecture, system integrations, and data management will ensure delivery of compliant, scalable, and innovative transportation technology solutions. Responsibilities include managing requirements, evaluating technical feasibility, ensuring compliance, and facilitating continuous process improvements to optimize project outcomes.

Top Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical program management, preferably within government or transportation technology sectors
• Familiarity with data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), or enterprise service platforms like ServiceNow (minimum 2 years)
• Vendor management experience, especially overseeing outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts (highly desired; minimum 2 years)
